Those who own pets in the house, (I personally have the experience, as I have four cats), can fairly imagine the arduous task of cleaning the house. However, pets are a lot of fun too. They just demand a lot of care and attention. The most common problem is cleaning the pet hair that invariably is strewn all around the house, in beds, under the beds, stairs, and carpet and so on. So, we need a special handheld vacuum cleaner that addresses this problem.
• When I browsed the net for one such marvel, I came across the Black and Decker Pet Series Cyclonic-Action Dustbuster and Blower, since it had good customer ratings.
• This is a 750 watt hand vacuum that is specifically designed for pet hair clean up and to help people like me. When I used it for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised at the speed with which it removes pet hair.
• The most significant feature that I found to be very useful is the rubber bristles on the retriever turbo brush. This generates an electric charge to pick up and release pet hair, which is certainly better than ordinary turbo brushes.
• Another additional benefit is that the flexible crevice hose can be conveniently converted into a blower so that the pet hair that lies in the hard to reach spots can be easily removed.
• I was also able to see the pet hair being removed through the translucent bowl and turbo head. This weighs only 24 ounces and can be easily removed and emptied.
• There is a three stage filtration of cleaner exhaust and it can be stored with the help of a convenient cord wrap, when not in use.
• I found the 20ft cord to be very helpful for cleaning even the stairs and floors.
• If you want a handheld vacuum cleaner for pet hair, the choice is clearly Black and Decker Dustbuster and Blower.
• There is a two year warranty for this hand vacuum.
